Get Results Tutoring is searching for qualified tutors to join our team.

We emphasize a personal connection with each of our tutors. We believe that this connection is critical in helping us to deliver top-quality academic assistance.

What we offer:

  • Continuous administrative support

       At GRT, we do more than just match you with students. We support our tutors

         from before their first meeting to the very last session through teaching                       materials, frequent check-ins, and academic co-planning. Our office staff                   work between our tutors, students, and parents to schedule sessions and                     manage programs, so you are free to focus on doing what you do best.

  • Training

       We understand that our tutors are our most valuable resource, and we                         understand that there is no better investment than in our people. No matter               what your experience level is, we will collaborate to train you in our programs             and develop your teaching skills.

  • Flexible scheduling

       We work with our tutors to establish a schedule that works for them.                               Consistency is key, but that doesn't mean you need to tutor the same hours                 every day. With weekend and evening appointments available, we can                         develop a plan to fit even the busiest schedules.

  • Competitive pay rates

       We expect a lot from our tutors, and that is reflected in our competitive pay                 rates. We also offer full pay for session prep time, so you are paid

         fairly for all of the time you put into your sessions.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

       All tutors must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

         Further education is preferred but not required.

  • Teaching or tutoring experience

       Relevant experience either in public education or with another private tutor is highly 

         preferred.

  • Reliability, professionalism, and compassion

       While our office staff do what we can behind the scenes, our tutors are ultimately

         responsible for delivering the academic assistance that our students need. It is

         critical that our tutors are invested in the success of their students, and that they

         can be relied on to provide top-quality service.

  • Strong communication skills

       At Get Results Tutoring, our tutors work as part of a team. Clear and consistent ​

         communication is key to keeping everyone on the same page.
